Will I have to pay additional fees on deliveries to the United Kingdom?

Yes, you may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders to the United Kingdom. Your delivery agent will contact you  to inform you of this. You can find out more information here. Please note you may also be contacted by your delivery agent after you have received the package. POCO By Pippa is not liable for additional fees on orders.


Returns Policy

 All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.

All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment, shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return.
  • Log onto, select CONTINUE AS A GUEST and complete the return and payment section in order to download your returns label. Please use your order number as the reference number.
  • Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package then drop off at DPD pickup point which can be found on their website at
  • Ensure to obtain a receipt when dropping off package and keep this safe until your return has been processed.
  • Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt. 

If we have made a packing error or sent you the wrong items please email and we will be in touch.

For returns from the United Kingdom, please follow the steps outlined above in our returns policy,  ensuring that you mark the items as a return of goods. Failure to do so may result in POCO By Pippa being unable to process your refund.



Once your return is accepted & processed you will be notified by email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once received.

If your return is  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged show box as this is considered part of the product.

Items should be returned to us within 30 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For International Returns, please return the item with tags still on in an unworn condition via registered post to:
